The service

CatalogTrail records supported changes to connected Square Item Library data after an initial snapshot. It is a read-only monitoring product, not a complete backup, restoration service, compliance system, or inventory-management product.

Your account

You are responsible for account access, authorized alert recipients, the accuracy of billing information, and lawful use of the service. You must have authority to connect the selected Square merchant account.

Subscriptions and refunds

The planned launch subscription is $49 per month or $490 per year and renews until canceled. The founder intends to offer a 30-day money-back policy. Final billing, cancellation, refund, and tax terms must match Stripe configuration before publication.

Limitations

Square may coalesce rapid catalog edits or expose only the latest object state before processing. CatalogTrail cannot reliably identify the person who made a change and does not guarantee that every provider event will contain every intermediate value.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to access another merchant’s data, interfere with the service, probe for vulnerabilities outside a coordinated disclosure process, or use CatalogTrail unlawfully.
